- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dive time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, based on customer preference.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the dive will be considered non-refundable.
- In case of no-show or failure to arrive at the dive location on time, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- Cancellations must be made through official channels (phone, WhatsApp, or email) to be considered valid.
2. Cancellation by Scuba Therapy
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any dive in case of:
- Unfavorable weather or sea conditions
- Safety concerns affecting the activity
- Operational or technical issues beyond our control
In such cases, customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling the dive or receiving a full refund.
3. Special Circumstances
If cancellation is due to a medical emergency, we may offer a refund or reschedule, provided valid documentation is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the dive.
4. Group Bookings and Custom Packages
